If you want a service which you know will help you get more leads, wouldn’t you be more than willing to part with some of your hard-earned cash for a shot at getting more leads and closes? Well, maybe that’s because some of the companies that go into this industry are actually illegitimate and are running a scam. What can you hope to find on your telemarketing company’s blog more than just blog posts? Well, for one, you can learn whether they are actually experts through the content they publish. A company that you can work with should be one that shows their expertise even through their blog posts. What do their blog posts talk about? Are they nothing more than random drivel, or are they actually addressing some key points when it comes to telemarketing and lead generation? If they know what they are talking about then it that means well for you.

 

Check their landing pages.

Telemarketing companies that know how to make use of the Internet in generating their sales leads will most likely have, aside from a blog, plenty of landing pages to convert their visitors into leads. Luckily, you can check your chosen provider’s landing pages in the hopes of determining whether they mean business or not.

The design will tell you almost everything. If they are serious in generating leads and gaining more clients, you can judge from how much detail they put into the creation of their landing pages. Are they showcasing the brand logos of clients they are currently working with? Does their content related to their off-page content that links to their landing pages? A company that’s in it for a scam will not invest in creating high-quality, converting landing pages, more so will they actually take time to understand how to do Internet marketing to such an extent.

 

Check with your other business contacts.

One of the best ways to learn whether the telemarketing company you plan on working with is reputable or not is through your own network of connections. Ask if they have heard of such a company before and if they can direct you to others who have already worked with them in the past.

A telemarketing services provider that is nothing more than a scam company will want to cover its tracks and not leave behind a record of their activities. An actual company, however, will want to leave as much of a mark as possible to help maximize the chances of getting referred by their current clients. When you want to outsource, make sure to ask around and get a second opinion on the company you want to work with.
